Account deletion
If you can still access your account, the fastest way to delete it is from account settings. If you cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by email from this page without reinstalling the app.

Email our support team and ask us to delete your HerLyfe account. Include the email address used for the account so we can verify and process the request safely.
Use this route if you no longer have the app, can't access your old sign-in method, or need help from outside the product.
Deleting your account removes your HerLyfe account and associated app data from our live systems, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, and backup retention requirements.
Some deletion steps may complete asynchronously across connected systems and temporary backups, so full removal may take a short time to finish everywhere.
Deleting your HerLyfe account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you subscribed through an app store, cancel that subscription separately in your Apple or Google account settings.
