Take small steps towards your goal

Take small step everyday towards your goal and work towards it. Prepare a chart for yourself. Give weekly and monthly goals, work towards them. When you accomplish every task, appreciate yourself.
We can be our own lovers or haters. Choice is ours. There are always people who try to put you down, so why not befriend yourself? There will always be highs and lows in life, with your consistent efforts you should always motivate yourself to keep going on. Tell yourself, its not the end and only a low point. On your high days, be grateful and work more hard.
