Garlic for Weight Loss

Method 1: Garlic with black pepper

Cut 2-3 garlic cloves in a glass of water and leave it overnight. In the morning remove the clove of garlic and add a pinch of black pepper. Mix the concoction well and drink it on an empty stomach.

Method 2: Garlic with honey

Peel off the skin of 2-3 garlic cloves and crush it. Mix the crushed garlic cloves in some honey. Let the mixture sit for 15-20 minutes and then consume it. Do this once every day.

Method 3: Garlic with lemon juice

Add 2-3 peeled garlic clove in a glass of warm water and let it sit for a while. Now add a tablespoon of lemon juice in it and mix the concoction well. Drink the mixture empty stomach in the morning.

Precautions

Do not consume too much garlic in a day as it can lead to bad breath, a burning sensation in the mouth or stomach, heartburn, gas, nausea, vomiting, body odour, and diarrhoea. 2-3 cloves of garlic are enough in a day. Also, consult your doctor before adding garlic to your diet.
